Built by paper tycoon, Henry Hulbert and designed by Montrose Morris, this massive limestone building was built in 1883 in the Romanesque Revival sytle. Located at 50 Prospect Park West, it once had unobstructed harbor views. Currently the building houses the Woodward Park School.
